12 BENEFITS OF KARATE
When students train in martial arts they benefit in many different ways. Some of these benefits are obvious, but did you know that you can get much more? There are 12 key benefits to karate, coordination, leadership, concentration, self-control, poise, respect, self-esteem, self-defense, self-discipline, physical fitness, agility, and confidence.  Whatever the reason you are choosing to train, you will gain all the other benefits along the path.
